Description:
Insert hyperlink does not respect user's numbering format. It uses only numbers starting at 1 instead of the formats specified by the user. For example, compare the attached heading lists displayed by Navigator and by Hyperlink>TargetInDocument.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.see screenshots of heading lists
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Hyperlink>TargetInDocument uses numeric format: 1.1, 1.1.2, …

Expected Results:
Hyperlink>TargetInDocument should conform to user's numbering format


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Comparison between hyperlink dialog and navigator

I can't see a difference between hyperlink dialog and navigator.

I reproduce with 7.1, but not with the latest, so as Dieter tested earlier, this is gone in 7.3 and newer at least.
