This is a pattern to be pasted onto plywood. It was four pages, I made some changes to lines, then moved components to be more compact. Moved three "Support" objects from page 4 to pages 2 and 3, then deleted page 4. The moved objects on pages 2 and 3 have disappeared from PDF export and do not show in the print dialog preview, or on a printout to lexmark laser printer, pdf file, or HP inkjet.

I did a work around, exported each page to .SVG and printed through Inkscape which worked perfectly.

Please try this:
On the first page, right click on Layout tab in the bottom, modify Layer, and check "Printable". See if it is printed now.
