To reproduce: 1. Create a new Impress presentation, with no template. 2. Insert a new 2x2 table. 3. Type in some text in one of the cells. (It should appear in black.) 4. Right-click that cell. 5. On the pop-up menu, select Table Properties 6. Select the Background pane. 7. Choose a black background. Result: Text color remains black. Expected result: Text color should be effectively white. Note that if you change the background color of some box to black, then the Automatic color _does_ seem to become white.
