Just upgraded to and found that the icons on the main Writer screen corrupt when full screen is clicked. This also occurs in Sheet and Presentation, but not in Drawing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. Hit "Maximise" button
3. See weird graphical glitches on and around icons

Actual Results:
Corrupted icons.

Expected Results:
No corruption.

Resetting of User Profile removed corruption.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Screen res of 1920 x 1080 on an MSI laptop, nVidea GeForce GTX 960M graphics card
Intel i7-6700HQ

Please attach content of the LO cache's skia.log (/users/<yourid>/AppData/Roaming/LibreOffice/4/cache/skia.log).

What effect if you disable the Skia Vulkan rendering.  From Tools -> Options -> View set the 'Force Skia software rendering'; and also check what happens if you uncheck all the Skia rendering to use default CPU rendering.  Restart in both instances.

Your nVidea GTX 960M may need to be deny listed for Skia Vulkan rendering.
