Description:
FILEOPEN: 20 second freeze on opening single page DOCX (after round trip)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 150593 [details] (bug 124600)
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
20 second freeze

Expected Results:
5 seconds


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
