Example file from PowerPoint with Presentation display set to my external monitor

Attached example file contains the slide show setting “Presentation display” option set to the external monitor.
When opened in Impress the Slide Show Settings dialog displays the “Auto External (Display 1)” option which is the default, instead of the explicitly set “Device 1 (External).
Another example file has the “Primary monitor” option set, this also opens as “Auto External (Display 1)” instead of “Display 2” (this would be my laptops screen).

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file
    2. Open Slide Show – Slide Show Settings menu

Actual results:
The “Presentation display” is “Auto External (Display 1)” if you have two display devices.

Expected results:
The “Presentation display” should be “Device 1 (External)”.
These accidentally match, but the other example file demonstrates a case when they don’t.

Looking better at this, this is a global setting in PP that is not exported to the files.
