Created attachment 172986 [details] Example file from PowerPoint with animated shape and text Attached example file contains the slide show setting “Without animations” turned on. When opened in Impress the Slide Show Settings dialog displays “Animations allowed” enabled. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open attached file 2. Open Slide Show – Slide Show Settings menu Actual results: The Animations allowed checkbox is enabled. Also manually enabling it and playing the slide show highlights a difference between the behavior of PP and Impress, this is topic for another bug: In PP it disables object and text animations set up on the Animations ribbon. In Impress it only disables animated gifs. Expected results: The Animations allowed checkbox should be disabled. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION.
