Description Elmar 2021-06-22 04:03:06 UTC
Description:
Table border formatting is such that outside border is different from inside borders.
When I add a row to the end of the table, the new row's top border is not formatted as internal borders are.
Workaround: add row before last row, do not use tab bout of last row to create new row.
Importance: irritating. requires extra work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a table
2. format borders
3. type into table, tab on last cell (bottom rhs)
4. adds new row

Actual Results:
new last row formatting not correct

Expected Results:
Writer should have changed border between (previous) last row and (new) last row to be consistent with rest of table

Reproducible: Always

I can confirm it with the table from your example, but not with a table created on my own (I treid with table picker as well as with Table => Insert Table). So could you please specify steps 1 and 2? Thank you.

This may thus be a Linux problem.
I inadvertently created a new bug: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144255

but have more examples and a better(?) description
