I want to be able to quickly enter: [Ā, ā, Ă, ă, Ē, ē, Ĕ, ĕ, Ī, ī, Ĭ, ĭ, Ō, ō, Ŏ, ŏ, Ū, ū, Ŭ, ŭ] when needed.
Current special character count is 16
Both Spanish and French accented letters and punctuation are available by using <alt>+<number pad>(nnn), but character numbers 256 thru 259, 274 thru 277, 298 thru 335, and 362 thru 365 do not seem to work.
Entering bi-lingual phonic vocabulary (like: cero [Spanish] and SĔ-rō [English transliteration] is slow.
If there is a way to enter characters from the special characters table using the <alt>+nnn I would like to know how.
expand special character favorites count is 16
expand special character favorites count to 20 or 24

Yes this is needed, 16 favorites and 16 recents is not enough for some users.
