Description: While I am spell checking a fairly complex ODT or DOC document, Libreoffice crashes. When I restart, it loops around the startup splash screen, and I have to reboot my PC to start LibreOffice. Crash report is at crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/cccc6097-0795-44d8-bf11-e22eb30bf393. Have not reset user profile yet Steps to Reproduce: 1.Run spellchecker 2.Correct spellings 3. Actual Results: Crashes after an arbitraty number of spelling mistakes Expected Results: Not crash Reproducible: Sometimes User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: I have a limited amount of time to spend on this today, as I am working to a deadline
Could you give a try to last stable LO version 7.0.6 or brand new 7.1.4 ?
Have now installed the latest stable 7.0.6.2 (x64) release. Still crashes as before. Does the install reset my user profile? Thanks

Started in Safe Mode as per Help instructions. Still crashes on spell checker, so it is not a corrupt user profile. Do you want to look at the original document? I presume we have some sort of privacy agreement (or, I can wait until it is published) Regards, david

I suppose I missed something in your comment.
Sorry if I was confusing. The document I was working on when LibreOffice crashed belongs to Bloor Research and is private. Once it has been published in a day or so, I'm happy to share it. Or earlier, if you have a privacy agreement in place. I don't really want to install 7.1.4 or anything later than the latest stable version... Thanks, David
I prefer not dealing with private agreement. Can't help here=>uncc myself.
Are there any news about this? Still crashing with 7.3 or not? What about the now-public document?
