Sample PPTX slide

How to reproduce: Open the sample document in Office 365 and Impress and
compare how the perspective/rotation aspects are quite off in the two.

and similarly already with LibreOffice 6.4 - I don't sense any regression
between 6.4 and 7.3.

I think, it is duplicate to your report bug 129962.

And is likely duplicate to one of those listed in bug 120388.

There is currently no volunteer to work on it, and no customer, who would pay a developer for it. This feature will not be available anytime soon, if ever.
