Created attachment 173314 [details] Sample PPTX slide How to reproduce: Open the sample document in Office 365 and Impress and compare how the perspective/rotation aspects are quite off in the two. Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 351b6b9c1fddc3cebc98036aebeeffd4dd44cc3c CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.12; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2021-06-29_15:06:01 and similarly already with LibreOffice 6.4 - I don't sense any regression between 6.4 and 7.3.

I think, it is duplicate to your report bug 129962. And is likely duplicate to one of those listed in bug 120388. There is currently no volunteer to work on it, and no customer, who would pay a developer for it. This feature will not be available anytime soon, if ever. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 129962 ***
In the meantime, since 24.8 (specifically tested with Version: 24.8.8.0.0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: d32e91b86606d23868b31c984013f4d624373c78 CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US ) the shapes look fine, just the text *in* those custom shapes is not properly 3D-rotated. Which indeed bug #129962 tracks.
