Description:
LibreOffice installs KB2999226 which was superseded by KB3118401 in 2016.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a recent version of LibreOffice
2. Watch it install KB2999226
3. Read the link in the description as to why KB3118401 should be installed instead

Actual Results:
An old KB superseded KB is installed

Expected Results:
The correct KB installed

Please read the abandoning comment at https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/108260. KB2999226 is the baseline sufficient for the work, and there's no need to do otherwise. It will not install where a newer version already exists.
