Description: In Impress, one creates handy selections to show with Slide Show > Custom Slide Show It would be awesome if it is possible to export theses custom slides show to PDF from the Selection option in the PDF Export dialog. And looking at bug 79262 and bug 40163, that Option might well grow to a selection box.. But up to UX ;) Steps to Reproduce: 1. create custom slide show 2. do PDF export of presentation 3. try option Selection to export that Actual Results: all slides or slide with selection are exported Expected Results: possibility to export the selection from the Custom Slide show Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: -
So do you propose that the PDF export dialog should have a separate reference to custom slide shows? Like a dropdown box where you can pick them?

I guess we may set New, unless explained why not. There's room in the dialog.
Could be done as another selection option (also for printing). After "( ) Selection" it lists "( ) Custom Slide show" with a dropdown to pick the custom show at PDF export and an updated dropdown instead of odd/even on printing. For the other export options (WMF, GIF, SVG etc.) we have "[ ] Selection" at the file dialog that needs to become a radio button with another item. Alternatively, we could offer the export functions at the custom slide show dialog. Sounds a bit more clean to me.
We discussed the topic in the design meeting and recommend to add another radiobutton in the print/export dialogs with an associated dropdown to pick the right slideshow.
