Description:
Image size changes after accessing Scale 35% field in crop tab of image properties dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open attachment 173513 [details]
2. Right click the image -> Properties
3. Crop tab
4. Click Width 35% input field
5. Click in Top input field -> 
6. Notice a width change in Image size field   

Same happens for height

Actual Results:
Image size changes after accessing Scale 35% field

Expected Results:
Shouldn't do that, if there is no change


Reproducible: Always

On linux (VCL gen) I can reproduce with Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: efca6f15609322f62a35619619a6d5fe5c9bd5a) - click Width-Top-Height -> Image size Height changed
