Description:
Meu LibreOffice 7.1 instalado no Kubuntu 21.04 está repetindo os comandos das Teclas de Atalho, Ex.: 
Ctrl + N cria 2 novos arquivos, 
Se der Ctrl + W fecha de 2 em 2 arquivos
se copiar um texto e der um Ctrl + V cola duas vezes a mesma coisa...
e assim por diante, os menus funcionam normal, mas as teclas de atalhos repetem os comandos, a mesma coisa se repete em todos os softwares do pacote LibreOffice 7.1 


Actual Results:
Ctrl + N
Ctrl + V
...todos atalhos

Expected Results:
Cria 2 novos arquivos
Cola 2 vezes 
...executa 2 vezes


Reproducible: Always

Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?

Also, could you try this:
- launch terminal/console
- export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen
- launch Libreoffice
- test if the commands are repeated or not
