Calc hangs if properties panel is resized.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Calc
Drag the vertical bar between the spreadsheet cells and the properties panel to the left

Result: Properties panel shakes from side to side, CPU usage shoots up, LibreOffice is unresponsive.

I believe you are trying to expand the sidebar, right ?

I can't reproduce it in

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Try unchecking Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View - Use Skia for all rendering

Uncheck Use Skia for all rendering -> No difference
Uncheck Use hardware acceleration -> No difference

Problem remains in both cases.

Tim please update your LibreOffice to 7.2.7 or 7.3.3 version and try retest your problem.
