Description: Since LO v. 7.0, the toolbars in the standard user interface can no longer be moved around. I.e., it is impossible to move the toolbars to the e.g. the side of the screen or bottom of the screen. Visually, the column of dot to grips are not present, as they were in earlier versions. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open LO Writer or another LO program 2. If your view is not with toolbar (e.g. Tabbed view), then change to Standard toolbar, Single toolbar, or Sidebar. Actual Results: The toolbars have no column of dots to grip for moving them, and therefore cannot be moved. (Actually, in Sidebar view, the sidebar does have the dots and can be moved, but the standard toolbar and other chosen toolbars can not.) Expected Results: It should be possible to move toolbars and position them according to the individual user's preference. This was possible up to LO 6.4.5.2, but not from 7.0.x. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Tested with LO 7.1.4.2 (problem seen), LO 7.0.0.0.Alpha1 (problem seen), and LO 6.4.5.2 (works as expected). Now by default they are looked, but you can right-click on the toolbar, and at the bottom unlock it, then you can see the dots.
Starting from version 7.2 there will also be a menu option View > Toolbars > Lock Toolbars for user to lock/unlock all toolbars at once.
