Created attachment 173635 [details] Column headers not visible This is the file that doesn't show headers.
Created attachment 173636 [details] Excel-Calc screenshot Shows the different views of the same file.
Created attachment 173639 [details] Screenshot with the message error opening with excel Seems there is same error in the file, like the error message opening with excel show. Excel it's able to recover it, while LibreOffice not. Should be more a request for enhancement to recover files with error like this one.
app.xml says: <Properties xmlns="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/officeDocument/2006/extended-properties"><Application>Apache POI</Application></Properties> Another observation: if I split the merged cells in A1:T2 or U1:BH2 then everything becomes visible in the third row that was somehow hidden, in: Version: 7.2.0.0.beta1+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 65dee56eed2111dfbe923ef82b3ba41a4c5edf75 CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded But considering that both attachment 173636 [details] and attachment 173639 [details] shows this file is not valid according to Excel, I'd say this is a bug in the Apache POI generator or the way it was used.
