I can print .doc files from Microsoft Worn, but I can't print anything from Libre Office. I also can't print any .pdf from my computer but I can from my android cellphone. I also cannot print any file created from Libre and saved and trying to print the saved with or without opening it.
Ok, the inability to print PDFs does sound like you have a wider problem than just some LibreOffice issue. Did you try removing the printer driver and letting Windows install it again? Is it Windows 10?
Yes, and yes.
Could be a duplicate of bug 119250. Try to reset/delete user folder (so User Profile Reset: is there in bug report to be tried, because it helps in similar problems).
