Description: FILEOPEN: this input file is a pdf that contains a watermark. opening file in pdf reader shows the same as a light watermark behind the text. opening the file in draw shows the watermark as a full opaque image infront of text rendering entire file unusable. only option is to delete all watermark manually. export as pdf shows the same result.
