Description:
I can not copy and paste from external software programs or search engines

Actual Results:
Using windows 10 Pro lose the copy/paste function from other programs and search engines. I have to close LibreOffice and reopen to regain the copy/paste function

Expected Results:
I regain function for a short period of time


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Older versions always allowed copy and paste

Should be reliable from 7.1.3 build forward as for see also bug 140813

On your Windows 10 Pro instance is the "new" Windows 10 provided "Clipboard History" enabled active? Shown with a <Win>+V key, but enabled/disabled from Start > Settings > System > Clipboard. 

Please obtain a functional clipboard viewer (NirSoft's "InsideClipboard" [1] for example) to explore exactly what is available to paste into LibreOffice on the system clipboard as you do your external copies.

Test with the Windows 10 "Clipboard History" disabled and enabled.
