Description:
The crash of the programme while addresssing to the "Languag Settings" of the LO

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the tab "Tools" click the button "Options"
2.In the opened window choose the item "Language settings" 
3.Select any item from the drop-down list (either Languages, Writing Aids, English Sentence Checking, or Grammar Checking)

Actual Results:
The closure of the LO and appearing of the crash report occures

Expected Results:
The items of the drop-down list must display the appropriate information
