Description:
Image shrinks heavily when activated borders of caption frame at 0,05pt

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 173985 [details]
2. Right click the image
3. insert caption frame
4. Type a name: say a
5. press OK
6. Right click the frame -> Properties
7. Border tab
8. Click present set all four borders
9. Press OK
10. CTRL+Z
11. CTRL+Y

Actual Results:
Substantial downsizing of the image

Expected Results:
The contour border should be the same size as default border (I think).. So this should happen at all.. 

We we can have discussion would should happen if border goes up.. Should the frame expand or the content shrink? But that's a UX question

Descripted effect confirmed. The difference is not great but noticeable. LO shrinks the image a little bit and adds a border around it. You do not need the steps 2-5 to reproduce the effect. Not sure if the behaviour is a bug.

Altough the reduction of the image is minimal, I think it's a bug. If you look carefully some characters you can see they change a bit. However, it is easier to see that left side moves to the right, the upper side moves below and so on. The image should stay still when getting the borders.
