Insert chart (button in toolbar 3. Double click the chart (so the sidebar becomes activated) 4. Duplicate of bug 94322, IMO. Another related issue is that after exiting the chart edit mode the sidebar is completely empty. Meaning all this is a matter of when to refresh.
