Description:
Resizing window with chart properties active in the sidebar doesn't work (panel becomes gray)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer (screen filled mode)
2. Insert chart (button in toolbar
3. Double click the chart (so the sidebar becomes activated)
4. Downsize the Writer window by pulling at the border

Actual Results:
All sort soft painting glitches (see screencast)

Expected Results:
All other panels do resize properly


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Duplicate of bug 94322, IMO. 

Another related issue is that after exiting the chart edit mode the sidebar is completely empty. Meaning all this is a matter of when to refresh.
