Just for the record, on pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today with gen rendering and French localization, I don't reproduce this. Perhaps Windows only bug?

If you read you may see that Fixed is for bug with a resolution commit. WFM is when fix is not known. Here, bug was never confirmed.
