Description:
FILEOPEN DOCX: Endnotes missing on file open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save to DOCX
3. File reload
4. Scroll to last page

Actual Results:
No endnotes

Expected Results:
Endnotes (see ODT)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
