LO Writer 7.2 - docx import puts boxes in the wrong place

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the attached docx in LO writer 
2.

Actual Results:
Note the text boxes incorrectly overlap

Expected Results:
Correct formatting as shown in the attached pdf, which was exported from Word 365, which displays the document correctly
