Description: If I am printing serial letters I use the filters when I want to exclude recipients. The option "exclude recipeint" in the toolbar 'mail merge' is every times grey and without any function, therefore useless. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use a base table 2. Print a serial letter 3. Now I am using v1.7.5.2 (x64). Now I have used the "mail merge wizard" and the same "base query". in the toolbar "mail merge" the option "exclude recipient" is every times grey and without any function, therefore useless. It is not to exclude any recipient of the table on this way.

I am German. If I want to get the English vocabulary in the program writer I have to switch the language. I wrote in comment 1: "Now I have used the "mail merge wizard" and the same "base query". " The mail merge wizard can you get in the first left position of the mail merge toolbar. I want to describe how I have produced the specific mail merge document.
