Description Arnau 2021-08-11 09:15:43 UTC
Description:
Every time I try to add a custom transition sound, Impress gets an error saying it has an invalid format. It happens with all kind of files (wav, mp3 or ogg) and named with just regular letters (no special characters).
Surprisingly, those same files can be played if inserted in the slide to be played when clicked.
Package libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer is correctly installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Slide
2.Transitions between slides
3. Sound
4. Another sound

Actual Results:
Error: Invalid file format

Expected Results:
Add sound.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
This error does not happen when libreoffice is run in safe-mode.

No repro with LO 7.1 latest (close to 7.1.5) in Linux GTK3.
Please paste Help-About to know your environment.
Also you need to try with user profile reset, like with rename.

Working on Ubuntu 20.04.2
User profile reset did work.
It seems like it happens when you change the gallery path.
