Description:
Arrow up changes spacing between text below and image (as character). Arrow down or undo doesn't revert this

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image on page one
3. Press Arrow up -> Spacing between text and image changes
4. Press arrow down or undo twice..

Actual Results:
Spacing differences stays

Expected Results:
Revert to original


Reproducible: Always
