Description: Whenever posting a bug report, the Version Information is automatically extracted from the Browser. For my system with Firefox, the About Libre Office Help Function differs from the Browser report. Inexplicably, the OS is always incorrectly auto-identified as NOT 64bit. I (Think I)always post the corrected information but others may not notice a variation and so, the wrong information can be returned. It could well be trivial but is there the remotest possibility this could be affecting the assessment of faults with an adverse effect on software performance? Steps to Reproduce: >HELP>About Libre Office>Copy Version Information Actual Results: Returns positive OS 64-bit indicator Expected Results: See next panel "Other Information" where the auto and manual Version Information may be compared Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-GB Module: SpreadsheetDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Windows (All) OS is 64bit: no <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< [Information from LO] Version: 7.0.6.2 (x64)<<<<<<<<<<<<< Build ID: 144abb84a525d8e30c9dbbefa69cbbf2d8d4ae3b CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: sv-SE (en_GB); UI: en-GB Calc: threaded For the record, from About Windows Device name XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable) Device ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Product ID 00330-80000-00000-AA916 System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
(In reply to Colin from comment #0) > [Information guessed from browser] > OS: Windows (All) > OS is 64bit: no <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< As you can see from the title in brackets, this information is a "guess from browser". Hence the information of your browser's user agent string is required.

Yeah, I was aware it was a guess but unsure if the wrong guess was material > Hence the information of your browser's user agent string is > required. If you need me to provide this perhaps you could advise how I satisfy the requirement - I have no idea how/where to acquire the string.
[Automated Action] NeedInfo-To-Unconfirmed
User agent strings are not 100% reliable. Triagers look at your Help - About info anyway, so nothing to worry about.
