If the problem does not exist in safe mode, reset your LibreOffice user profile.

It seems to be a problem limited to the WINDOWS version of LibreOffice for 32bit. In 7.2.0.2 (x86), even if it is executed in safemode, it will crash when the attached file is opened. In 7.2.0.3 (x64), I confirmed that the attached file can be read.
