1. Launch with gtk3
2. Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Advanced
3. Hover over the Java options

You see the white background of the unchecked radio buttons

I don't see that in normal GTK3 in Mint 19. I guess it's about some color scheme.

Indeed, it is a problem with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/breeze-gtk
The default gtk theme does not exhibit the problem.
