Regression in Calc Final version of LibreOffice 7.2.0.4

Will auto fill 1 up or 1 down cell only

if the immediate cell below/up is Blank and we try typing and expect it to auto fill with word from previous cells in column, it fails

same happens when we press "alt" + "down arrow", list/dropdown wont appear if there is a empty cell above
