Description:
Relative table size lost on RTF export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 174454 [details]
2. Table -> Properties -> Table tab -> Notice relative being checked
3. Save as RTF
4. File reload
5. Table -> Properties -> Table tab -> Notice relative being unchecked

Actual Results:
Unchecked relative checkbox

Expected Results:
Checked
