Description:
I have two monitors big and small resolution. On a big resolution I try to open menu in call in full screen mode and tabbed user interface mode. When I do restore down (from maximized mode) I see menu normal

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open libre office calc and set user interface tabbed
2. Try to open menu in maximaze
3. Try to open menu in window mode

Actual Results:
Menu not showing

Expected Results:
Menu is showing


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

seven, which menu exactly are you talking about?
Do you still see the same issue in a recent version?

Without more details about which menu it is, or screenshots, and because it is specifically about the Tabbed interface, I'm going to assume that it is the right-hand side "hamburger" menu, which is an issue tracked in bug 132139.
The issue was closed as "works for me" - please try version 7.6 to see if it is resolved for you too. (If not, feel free to give more details and set this back to "unconfirmed".)
