Description:
It is impossible to enter special symbol. There are only 3 lines with extra large and overlapping symbols visible.

Special character windows is usable again only after restart in safe mode and restoring the last working user configuration. Unfortunately, after some time the window becomes again unusable, having 3 lines of big overlapping symbols.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open document
2.Insert special character
3.Special character window appears and is unusable

Actual Results:
Special character window appears and is unusable

Expected Results:
Spacial character windows should be usable.

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
The problem did not show up after my second user configuration restoring but I think it will occur later. I had the same problem in version 7.1.4 and upgraded to 7.2. And problem occurred again ...

It would be useful to have a problematic registrymodifications.xcu from the user profile; values related to the special character window (like RecentCharacterFontList / RecentCharacterList) might have the information enabling to repro and fix the problem.

JaK: can you see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile and attach the registrymodifications.xcu file in this report?
