Description:
After I clicked flickering text on "Security Options and Warning" dialog box. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. LibreOffice > Preferences… 
2. Security > Security Options and Warnings > 
3. Options… 
4. Security Options and Warnings 

Actual Results:
Flickering text on "Security Options and Warning" dialog box. 

Expected Results:
No more flickering.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Confirming, flicking tooltips are a known problem, sadly so far no one wanted to work on this problem.
