Created attachment 174658 [details] The example file and its docx version in current master Layout changes in: Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: d350a1364a1c34b96d00f2f716c44882b7b57fe9 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (hu_HU); UI: en-US Calc: CL Looks similar in Word 2019 as well. I think this is quite similar to bug 112313 - in ODT there can be more space between the image and the margin to not wrap the text (the empty paragraphs this case) around the image, while in DOCX / Word less space is enough for the text to be wrapped.
Marking as duplicate for now. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 112313 ***
