Please check if you have an antivirus tool then it doesn't block LibreOffice installation process. If it does, then disable the antivirus or add LibreOffice to some white list there.
Make sure you have administrative rights on your computer too

Based on comment on other related bug I've installed VC redistributable 2019 (VC_redist.x64).
After I've seen your comment here, I've disabled Avast during installation.

Now, I've LibreOffice 7.2 installed and working on my PC.

I hope you will find a way to warn on VC redistributable install during LO own install process and you can also warn about some antivirus preventing correct installation.

Thanks for the support.

LibreOffice installer includes it, and does not need any independent installation of it.

We can't warn about that: it is outside of the project's reach. It might depend on some unknown version of unknown antivirus, or even some daily virus definitions. A warning like "disable your antivirus before installation" implies that it's LibreOffice's problem that antiviruses sometimes have false detections; it would be like "hey, you have a protection, but this application does something illegal, and we need the protection disabled to do that". No, we don't do anything like that, and any antivirus interfering with the installation process is a bug in the antivirus. I e.g. never disable AV when installing LO, and if I find a problem like this, I will only report the false-positive problem to AV.

Information shared with Avast on their "false positive" report form.

For VC it is a tip proposed in the associated bug, I've no idea if it helped or not.

Now I've 7.2.0 and it works as 7.1.0 (and even better for file closing process). Thanks
