Description:
I'm writing a document, and I want to start writing a new paragraph on top of next page. The command (ctrl + enter) doesn't works. neither the procedure : clic on 'Insert', then clic on 'skip next page'.
I just migrated to LibreOffice V 7.1.5.2 (X64). It worked on previous version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.writing a doc (letter)
2.clic 'ctrl+enter' to skip next page
3.

Actual Results:
nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The cursor should have moved on top of next page


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
To move on top of next page, I have to proceed line after line until I reach the target positiion.

Using menu Insert -> Page Break doesn't work as well?
