Description: I'm a prof, i need this program for work, when i open some documents will chare in a minute, if my PC is offline it work like a flash. I tried to modify my firewall, but nothing. I can't found the memory impostation on libreoffice to try if can be the cache memory.. please i need help. I have this problem from 2 days, i have not done any update.. i will try to update driver of my pc. I tried the total reinstallation of the software, clear all cache, did defrag and clean the system registry Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: nothing Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: nothing
This sounds like known issue with loading printer settings on file opening while printer is offline and Libreoffice (i.e. Calc) waits for Windows print spooler response. See bug tdf#42673. Please try to disable Tools -> Options -> Load/Save -> General -> [] Load printer settings with the document.
I tried this option, it doesn't work, the screen is grey for 5-10 seconds, then, when the file is opened i can't touch anything, because if i do this the program say "non risponde" (italiano) "no answer"

@Sandiotseun Does it happen with any file, or specific ones?
It happen with any file, also a new one, also if i put on the impostation "open libreoffice at the start of the system"

An other problem: the menu about the paragraph or character are very low to open, if i try again to open those menu "the program have no answer" for a while
This is an old report, pity it wasn't followed. This may be a duplicate of bug 135754, please check. If not, you need always to write your info from Help-About There are some graphic bugs (test with uncheck Tools-Options-View-Skia).
