Just for the record, on pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today (e4b1ba9447a0a56aa56400f9f44d8eecb6c11e9c) + enable-dbgutil + kf5 rendering, I don't reproduce this. I tried with responding No then a second time Yes to save the document when closing.

Hmm, do you mean you answered "Yes" to updating links the second time? Updating links is required for the crash. If you answer "No", it will not crash.
