Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Split items

Expected Results:
Grouped

The example file and its docx version in Writer

This is a shape with a caption frame.

The orange caption frame is exported as a drawing shape, but those cannot contain other shapes in Word/docx, so the blue one falls out of it.
