Description:
when you open a BASE file odb with LibreOffice, the main window is supposed to indicate the filename and the app name to identify the window (happens in both macOS and WINDOWS)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. simply open an odb file (BASE) using LibreOffice
2. the filename within LibreOffice BASE is no being indicated on the top Window section
3. with all other LO apps, this is shown together with the app name (eg.

Actual Results:
simply the window indicates LibreOffice Base, but without the filename ahead of that

Expected Results:
the BASE filename should be displayed on the top window along with the app name (Inventory.odb - LibreOffice Base)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

in macOS it even does not show the app's name nor the filename on the top window.
However in Windows at least it shows the app's name without the filename (..LibreOffice Base)

Have added the Keyword "regression", because it will work right in LO 7.1.5.2 on OpenSUSE 15.2, fails with first LO 7.2-version on the same machine.

Databasename is missing on every window in the database. (Forms, queries …)

Works here now in LO 7.2.5.1 and also 7.3.0.3.
I will set this one to WORKSFORME.
