ODS file created from user provided XLSX file

Using Debian sid/unstable with

    $ libreoffice --version
    LibreOffice 7.2.0.4 20(Build:4)

saving the attached ODS file (originally XLSX file from our user reporting the problem) as XLSX looses formatting. For example the grey row in line 9933.

Saving to ODS format does not show the problem.

The last formatted row in the XLSX file is line 1001.

Looks it happens at saving, at reopening excel show the same than calc.

The last formatted row in the XLSX file is row 6223 out of 9933 in my LO 7.3+.
I see an improvement over time, this was never OK, was up to 5223 before.

6223 is still the last formatted row with LibreOffice 24.2.0.3 420(Build:3) on Debian sid/unstable.
