Description:
Same command has 2 UI names

Steps to Reproduce:
String  'gCkCF' refers to "Insert Line" in the Drawing toolbar

String 'J8mWo' refer to the same command and is listed in the Visible buttons of the Drawing toolbar and is named "Line"

Both labels come from the same command .uno:Line with 

Label: J8mWo‖Line
Tooltip: gCkCF‖Insert Line

The label has no "Insert" because of the contextual use in the menu: Insert > Shape > Line > Line.  => NAB
