Description:
Same command has 2 UI names

Steps to Reproduce:
String  'gCkCF' refers to "Insert Line" in the Drawing toolbar

Both labels come from the same command .uno:Line with 

Label: J8mWo‖Line
Tooltip: gCkCF‖Insert Line

The label has no "Insert" because of the contextual use in the menu: Insert > Shape > Line > Line.  => NAB
