Description:
LibO draw has the nice ability to let you use an image as background. However, the background image can only be taken from a file. Would be great to have the ability to paste it from the clipboard.

Rationale: sometimes you want something that is not saved (e.g. a single page in a multipage tiff or something you are editing in an image editor).
