Description:
This hang / crash happened right after opening a file on macOS 11.6 LO 7.2.1.2.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure, this happened right after opening a file without any user interaction. Filing and hoping the crash log is helpful in understanding what happened.

Reopening the same file again did not result in a crash. If there is nothing actionable in the crash log, feel free to close this as wontfix.

No crash

after running into `504 Gateway Time-out` a few times, BZ finally decided to create the report and it created three so closing the dupes
