Test XLSX

Open attached XLSX created in MSO. 
See that 2 PNG images are missing (or they load with scroll). 

Started from LO 7.0 and seen in in 7.3+. Regression.

Something strange here, images sometimes seen, sometimes not in 7.0 master, I couldn't bibisect.

File is corrupted according to MSO 2010. NOTABUG ?

I see both images immediately in Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community

File was made by
 	<Application>Microsoft Excel</Application>
<AppVersion>16.0300</AppVersion>

2010's opinion is not relevant then. My Excel 2019 also doesn't complain.

Something is fishy. 
No repro Win, so it's about my Lin, both GEN and GTK3, multiple repos from 7.0 til 7.3+.
After user profile reset, 7.3+ is fine. 
So let me put this to sleep in Needinfo.
